*A family ticket can be purchased by a family consisting of 1-2 adults and 2 (or more) children under the age of 18, or by one large family with three or more children under the age of 18 (including children placed in a foster family and under guardianship) ), or children up to the age of 24, if the child receives general, professional or higher education and one of the accompanying parents presents the Latvian Honorary Family Card “3+ Family Card” and an identity document or documents confirming the status of a large family.

**A 50% discount on visit tickets is applied upon presentation of the Latvian Honorary Family Certificate “3+ Family Card” and an identity document or a document certifying the status of a large family.

The fee for the use of parking spaces can be paid at the Turaida Museum Reserve cash desk or with Mobilly (zone TMR)

Other services related to viewing exhibitions

Filming and photography in permanent expositions and exhibitions for commercial purposes – to be coordinated with the management of the museum reserve. Sale of booklets, postcards and other informative materials in the visitor center – at certain prices.

Free entry

Ukrainian citizens have the right to visit the Turaida Museum Reserve free of charge by presenting an identity document or other document proving Ukrainian citizenship.
Children under school age;
A teacher, who accompanies pupils or kindergarteners group (at least 10 children or pupils);
Boarders, orphans and tenants of social care centre, children being under long-term social care and under care of social rehabilitation institutions and persons, who accompany these children (producing document of the status);
Children with disability under 18 years old, persons with 1st and 2nd disability group (producing card) and persons who acompany disabled children under 18 years old or persons with 1st disablility group;
Museum staff of Latvia museums (producing card);
Members of the Castles around the Baltic Sea Association and ICOM members (producing card);
Tourism guide if the group number exceeds 15 persons;
Congregation members of Turaida church on the day of service;
Journalists who write about events in the Turaida Museum Reserve (producing professional card);
Members of the Turaida Lutheran Church attending service;
Newly-married couples and their sponsor at a wedding, visiting memorial to the Rose of Turaida.
